This surgical step can be time-consuming, increases radiation exposure and requires significant concentration from the surgeon. The accuracy and predictability of the process are key to the surgical outcome.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4003\" data-end=\"4036\"><strong data-start=\"4003\" data-end=\"4036\">Radiation-free distal locking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4038\" data-end=\"4600\">An advanced version of the former SpectruM Femur nail system, in which the previous SpectruM Femur nail with its special hole design is complemented by the latest magnetic targeting system, MAGIC.<br data-start=\"4234\" data-end=\"4237\" \/>The MAGIC system enables radiation-free distal locking, thereby supporting a more predictable, more accurate and guided surgical workflow in intramedullary nailing of femoral shaft fractures as well.
