Este producto se lanz\u00f3 al mercado en el a\u00f1o 2007 y, desde entonces, se ha utilizado en m\u00e1s de 20\u2009000 implantes. El sistema primario permite una flexi\u00f3n de hasta 155 grados y ofrece la posibilidad de enclavar las fracturas periimplante gracias a su dise\u00f1o intercond\u00edleo elevado. El sistema se completa con versiones CR, PS y CC. Adem\u00e1s, contamos con modelos no cementados y fabricados con nitruto de titanio para aquellos pacientes al\u00e9rgicos al cemento y al metal. Swing puede utilizarse para pr\u00f3tesis de revisi\u00f3n, en parte o en su totalidad, con el sistema CC, mientras que el sistema Swing CC es apto para revisiones parciales de pr\u00f3tesis primarias Swing. Los componentes pueden ampliarse por completo. Asimismo, los tornillos de fijaci\u00f3n y los v\u00e1stagos universales que se incluyen cuentan con una gran variedad de modelos.
