To support this, we are seeking professionals who will actively contribute to the development of our target markets and the strengthening of our business presence.
Purpose of the Position:
The primary goal of the Regional Business Developer is to significantly increase the company’s market presence and revenue in the target market within the field of traumatology and orthopedic implants. The role involves engaging new partners, preparing successful tender applications, and strengthening local professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expanding the partner network (identifying new agents and distributors)
- Strengthening local market presence (KOL relationships, professional references, events)
- Supporting tender strategy (registration, documentation, pricing)
- Preparing marketing and communication materials in the official language of the given country (strengthening digital presence, participation in congresses)
- Organizing training sessions and conducting workshops on the company’s products (acquiring high-level product knowledge)
- Market research, competitor analysis, and continuous monitoring of local trends
- Regular on-site presence in the market, business negotiations, product demonstrations, and participation in professional events
Requirements:
- Higher education degree (preferably in economics, commerce, or healthcare)
- Negotiation-level proficiency in Italian / Vietnamese / Russian / Arabic and
- Negotiation-level English proficiency
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Independent, proactive work style
- Willingness to travel regularly to the headquarters in Hungary
