Complex system with high interchangeability of rigid and non rigid stabilization with modular instrument sets for rigid, non rigid and percutaneous technique. Patented non rigid fixation with element wires which facilitate micro movements. The screws are cannulated, polyaxial and self tapping and have a so called head-lock insert. With head-lock ettchnique parallel compression and distraction can be achieved. Through the screw cement augmentation can be performed due tot he implant being fenestrated. The patented self-locking connection ensures that the rod reducer and the MIS tower cannot disengage during usage. When selecting raw material we aimed for higher fatigue limit and thus lower risk of screw failure.
