Compared to classical wire Cerclage systems Sirtalis ensures an optimal band tension throughout the whole healing period while not damaging the periosteal blood supply. It is fully compatible with the large Vortex plates (using 5,1 mm screws): Vortex Proximal Femur, Vortex Distal Femur, Vortex Diaphysis Large, Vortex Proximal Tibia plates.
